At Ipurehear, we stand behind the quality and reliability of our products. The following Warranty and Lifetime Guarantee Terms outline what is covered, what is not covered, and how to submit a claim.
These terms apply to all Ipurehear hearing-assistance devices and accessories purchased directly from Ipurehear.co.
1. Standard 2-Year Limited Warranty
Ipurehear provides a 2-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions that occur during normal, intended use of the product.
1.1. What is Covered
- Internal electronic malfunctions
- Battery or charging issues not caused by misuse
- Defective components or workmanship
- Problems preventing the product from operating as intended
If a covered issue is confirmed, Ipurehear will provide repair or replacement at no cost to the customer.
1.2. What is Not Covered
- Damage caused by drops, impact, crushing, or improper handling
- Water damage beyond the product’s stated resistance
- Modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized parties
- Loss, theft, or cosmetic damage (scratches, dents)
- Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or improper storage
- Normal wear and tear of ear tips, tubes, or accessories
1.3. Warranty Claim Process
To submit a warranty claim:
- Email support@ipurehear.co with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos or video showing the problem
- Our support team will evaluate the claim within 2–3 business days.
- If approved, we will provide a replacement unit or repair instructions.
- In some cases, we may request the return of the defective item.
2. Lifetime Guarantee (Paid Upgrade)
For customers who purchased the Lifetime Guarantee add-on during checkout, the following additional benefits apply.
2.1. Lifetime Coverage Includes
- Free replacement for manufacturer-related defects for the lifetime of the product
- One replacement per product per 12-month period for qualifying issues
- Priority support and expedited claim handling
2.2. Lifetime Guarantee Does NOT Cover
- Lost or stolen devices
- Accidental damage (drops, crushing, water submersion)
- Cosmetic wear or normal use degradation
- Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs
2.3. How Lifetime Guarantee Claims Work
- Contact support@ipurehear.co with your order number and proof of Lifetime Guarantee purchase.
- Provide a brief description of the issue.
- Our team will verify eligibility and process the replacement.
3. Exclusions & Limitations
- This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs.
- The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
- Ipurehear is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
- Replacement products may be new or refurbished, depending on availability.
4. 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Separate From Warranty)
All purchases include a 60-day money-back guarantee, beginning on the day the order is delivered.
Customers may return the product within 60 days for a refund if they are not fully satisfied. Items must be returned in their original condition with all included accessories.
