1. Order Processing Time

After you place an order, we typically process it within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once processed, your order will be packed and shipped from our fulfillment center in Shenzhen, China.


2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

All orders are shipped from Shenzhen, China. Replacement units or spare parts (for warranty claims) may ship from our US or European facility when available.


3. Shipping Costs & Taxes / Duties

  • Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment.
  • Some regions may qualify for flat-rate or promotional free shipping.
  • Import duties, taxes, or customs fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Ipurehear is not liable for customs delays or charges outside our control.

4. Shipment Tracking & Notifications

  • You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
  • Tracking becomes active within approximately 48 hours after dispatch.
  • You may track via YunExpress, USPS, Royal Mail, Canada Post, or your local carrier depending on destination.

5. Delivery Issues, Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please:

  1. Email support@ipurehear.co with your order number and tracking number.
  2. We will open an investigation with the carrier.
  3. Where verified, we will send a replacement or arrange a refund depending on the situation.

Ipurehear is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses, customs processing, local postal delays, extreme weather, or other force-majeure events.


6. Returns, Warranty & Replacement Shipments

  • Return instructions and return address will be sent after your request is approved.
  • Warranty replacements ship free of charge (customer may be responsible for returning defective items).
  • For change-of-mind returns, customers are typically responsible for return shipping costs — see our Refund Policy.
