We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Ipurehear. If for any reason you are not completely happy, under the conditions below you may return the product for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition, with all accessories, components, packaging, and documentation intact.

Refunds are valid for regular purchases (first-time use). Devices that have been misused, damaged by the customer, or show signs of improper handling are not eligible for a refund under this policy (see Warranty Terms for repair/replacement).
3. What We Offer
Depending on the situation, and once the returned item is verified:

Full refund — for returns submitted within 60 days, with item in original condition.

Exchange or replacement — if you request a replacement (for example, a different model or a correctly functioning unit).

Store credit — in some cases, if mutually agreed upon (e.g. for returned items missing minor non-essential accessories), we may offer store credit instead of refund/exchange.
4. How to Initiate a Return / Refund
To request a return or refund:

Wait for our confirmation and instructions for return shipping. We will send you a return authorization and address.

Package the item securely — with all original accessories, packaging, and documentation.

Ship the package according to the instructions. Return shipping may be at your expense (unless otherwise agreed, or in cases of defective items).

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.

6. Who Pays for Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns (non-defective): return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

For defective items or wrong items shipped: return shipping cost will be covered or reimbursed by Ipurehear.
7. Returns & Refunds for EU / UK Customers

Where applicable, those statutory rights remain valid in addition to this policy. You also have the option to request a repair or replacement under warranty rather than a refund.
8. Exclusions & Limitations
This Refund Policy does not apply in the following cases:
